need do nothing and all services will be removed from our site during
the fifth week .
(11) Payment policies
(11.1) All accounts are set up on a prepay basis
(11.2) No bills or invoices will be sent by regular
(postal) mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email

Where an invoice is delivered to Client, Client shall remit payment

was established, you must cancel your subscription unless you wish to

account at the end of their prepay period
(12.3) In situations where the account holder does not renew his/her
account for our services we will delete the service and remove them
from our site after 5 days of payment beeing past due.

with the Insertion Order and these Advertising Terms and Conditions.
13.2 Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Insertion
Order, positioning of advertisements within the Ukdropshipper.com or
on any page is at the sole discretion of Ukdropshipper.com , and Ukdropshipper.com
will not be prohibited from also carrying advertisements for any product
or business competitive to the product or business of the Advertiser.
13.3 Ukdropshipper.com does not warrant the date or
dates of insertion of the advertisement(s) and does not warrant that
the advertisement(s) will not be displayed after the end date specified.
However, Ukdropshipper.com will use reasonable efforts to comply with
the Advertiser’s wishes in these regards.
13.4 The Advertiser grants to Ukdropshipper.com the
express right to reproduce throughout the world screen shots of all
or part of any Ukdropshipper.com containing all or part of any of the
advertising materials supplied by the Advertiser to Ukdropshipper.com
on or in any promotional or advertising material or campaign promoting
or advertising Ukdropshipper.com .
(14.) Usage Statistics
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Insertion Order,
the Advertiser acknowledges that Ukdropshipper.com has not made any
guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions
for any advertisement. Ukdropshipper.com provides the Advertiser with
estimated usage statistics only as a courtesy to the Advertiser and
Ukdropshipper.com will not be held liable for any claims relating to
any usage statistics however supplied. The Advertiser acknowledges that
delivery statistics provided by Ukdropshipper.com are the official,
definitive measurements of Ukdropshipper.com performance on any delivery
obligations provided in the Insertion Order. No other measurements or
usage statistics (including those of the Advertiser or a third party
ad server) will be accepted by Ukdropshipper.com or have bearing on
this Agreement.
(15) Membership Service:
All paid memberships are for a period of 1 year (365
days) from the date of payment for the membership. Membership allows
full access to all pages in the members area for 1 year. The only exception
to full access is when (1) the host server is down or (2) the login
& password system is not working due to problems at our membership
system agent (AuthPro.com).
Access to Ukdropshipper is by subscription only and
only the registered user may access the members area . Members must
not divulge their password to any third parties . Failure to keep to
these terms may get the offending acpcount susended or canceled without
refund .
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of
the term you will be charged again for another 365 days.
(16) Commercial Advertising - Email:
Members may
not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email advertising

& Undesirable E-mail Services - No spamming is allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel anyone spamming immediately and without

incur a minimum £100 per day service fee.

attorneys fees, liabilities, judgments, damages, settlements, losses
and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of the
Service, violation of this TOS, any copyright, trademark, trade dress,
service mark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or
entity. Client also agrees to extend this Indemnification to all officers,
owners, employees, successors, assigns, agents and contractors of Provider.
(18) Limitation/Disclaimer of Liability
Ukdropshipper.com makes reasonable efforts
to provide continuous, uninterrupted, expedient and error free service
to the User. The User understands and agrees that temporary interruptions
may occur as normal events in the provision of the service. Ukdropshipper.com
accepts no liability whatsoever for the inability of

of any kind of any hardware or software or poor or disrupted telephone,
cable and/or Internet connections or electricity supply or disruption

Any waiver or any provision of this Agreement, or a delay by any party
in the enforcement of any right hereunder, shall neither be construed
as a continuing waiver nor create an expectation of non-enforcement of
that or any other provision or right. In any legal proceeding between
the parties under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled
to recover its costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees. This Agreement
is made under and shall be governed by the laws of England UK , except
